Green jasmin tea infused in de-alcoholised sparkling wine
Open the bottle and you smell the jasmine straight away. Airén from Spain, alcohol removed, then infused with green jasmine tea from China. The green tea adds complexity, the jasmine the soft taste of fresh spring and floral sweetness. Call it a sparkling tea or a non-alcoholic sparkling wine: either way, it is made for the aperitif and every toast.

It is with some hesitation that I describe this bubbly, […] But lo and behold, the combination works. Its taste is juicy, with fresh acidity as well as some mildness, and it has grapey elements as well as, of course, floral ones and those of tea.
