Loved in fine dining for its depth: red fruit, earthy notes and spices such as clove, with a smooth smoky accent. Merlot from Spain, the alcohol gently removed, then infused with Lapsang Souchong, the smoked black tea from China. Elegant, juicy and supple, with a fresh attack and a fine bite.

- Palate:
- Elegant, juicy and supple, with a fresh attack, a fine bite and a smooth smoky accent
- With:
- Grilled meat, smoked duck breast, game, red-washed-rind cheeses such as Taleggio, Kernhem and Reblochon, cheese fondue, chocolate
- Serve at:
- Serve lightly chilled, at about 12–14 °C, in a generous glass such as a Pinot Noir or Bordeaux glass.
