A dry, full-bodied white with the malty depth of black Assam tea. Chardonnay from Spain, the alcohol gently removed, then cold-infused with Assam from India. Ripe apple and malt lead, and a fine bite of tannin gives it grip at the table. It earned gold and the trophy for Best Wine Alternative at the World Alcohol-Free Awards 2024.
