Yes, that is possible. To order without an account, enter your information at checkout under the heading “I don’t have an account” and check “Order without an account.

This product may still come in. Leave your e-mail information with the relevant item and receive a notification when it is available again.

We strive to ship your order as soon as possible. Within the Netherlands the estimated delivery time is 1 – 2 (working) days, to Belgium and Germany 2-3 (working) days and other countries on request.

The moment your order is shipped, you will receive a track & trace code by email. This allows you to view the status of your order.

Within the Netherlands, orders over €50 are free. Orders within the Netherlands under €50,- and/or costs for delivery abroad can be found here.

Please send an e-mail to our customer service. You do this by emailing your order number and a photo of the complaint to info@soolong.nl.

Placed orders we unfortunately cannot change or cancel as they are automatically processed in our systems. We encourage you to send an email to customer service at info@soolong.nl to see what, if anything, we can do for you.

You will always receive a confirmation email. If you still haven’t received anything, check your spam, junk mail or junk folder. Of course, you can also view your order under your account.

Returns

Unfortunately, due to food safety concerns, we cannot take back opened packages and/or used products.

Unopened, unused and undamaged products in original packaging, can be returned free of charge within 14 calendar days after delivery via DHL.

Returning your order

  1. Please contact Soolong customer service at info@soolong.nl to register your return. Please clearly state your order number, your name, the products you wish to return and the reason for return.
  1. Put the product to be returned and the return form in the original packaging.
  2. Drop off your return at a DHL point and keep the shipping receipt.
  3. You will receive an email confirmation when your return has been processed. Within 14 days you will receive the purchase price on your account.

If you wish to return your order by any other means, the cost is at your own expense.

No, unfortunately that is not possible. We recommend placing a new order yourself.

Yes, sale items can be returned, under the same conditions.

Account

In the upper right corner of the window, click on the icon . Fill in the fields. You will receive confirmation that you have created an account at the email address provided.
