This is what you will do
At Soolong, you will carry out various tasks in the production and logistics process. You will ship orders and become the expert in the filling process for tea. You will work in an enthusiastic and innovative team, where you will learn a lot under the direct supervision of the owner about filling processes, tea, labelling, inventory and warehouse management, fulfilment and shipping. You work in a clean environment and most of your work is not physically demanding. Naturally, you work according to agreed procedures and guidelines, so that you work safely and efficiently and guarantee the highest quality. Not familiar with this yet? We’ll be happy to teach you.
Your tasks
- Filling packaging with tea
- Labelling packaging materials
- Receiving goods
- Inventory management
- Assembling and preparing fulfilment orders
- Assembling and preparing orders
- Various administrative tasks in the ERP system for purchasing and logistics
- Customer contact by phone or in writing
- Warehouse management
This is you
Flexible, a perfectionist and energetic, and you feel responsible. Preferably you work on weekdays between 9:00 and 18:00, but evenings or Saturdays between 9:00 and 16:00 are also possible. You are available for at least 16 to 24 hours per week. In the last quarter of the year you are willing to work extra hours. Prefer to sleep in? That suits us well: we prefer afternoons.
In addition:
- you preferably already have experience with production work in the food sector, shipping, receiving goods and warehouse work;
- you speak and write Dutch fluently (English is a plus);
- you have transport to get to the workplace, for example a car, bicycle or moped;
- you preferably live near Lisse.
