\n1, Teamaker: Fill the teamaker with 4 grams (4 tsp) of loose tea (Soolong no, 21) and add 200 ml of boiling water (about half of the teamaker),
\n2, Then fill the ice tea glass with 200ml of crushed ice (about half of the glass),
\n3, Cut the lemon slice in half, Then cut 1 half into two wedges again, Add the two wedges of lemon to the ice tea glass,
\n4, Add the sprig of mint and stir,
\n5, After the infusion time has elapsed, place the teamaker on the iced tea glass,
\n6, For decoration, take the 2nd lemon half and make a small cut in the middle, Then place it on the rim of the ice tea glass and also add the stainless steel straw,
\n7, Optional: People who like sweet can add a little brown bark sugar, syrup or honey,<\/p>\n

Preparation 1200ml:<\/strong>
\n1, Fill the teapot with 12 grams (12 tsp) of loose tea (Soolong no, 21) and add 600 ml of boiling water, Let the tea steep for 5 minutes,
\n2, Then fill the 2nd teapot with 600ml of crushed ice (about half of the teapot) and place the stainless steel double handle tea filter in the teapot,
\n3, After the infusion time has elapsed, pour the tea from the 1st teapot through the filter over the ice into the 2nd teapot,
